Craig Bonnett is a certified personal trainer and national level bodybuilder. His fitness journey began at the age of twenty one while taking a bachelor of Music Degree at Brandon University. Until this point, he wasn't athletic in the least. Unhappy with his own physique, Craig hit the gym and obsessively started researching nutrition and training principles. In nine years, he slapped on eighty pounds of lean muscle mass, dropped his body fat in half, competed nationally, and won the overall provincial title of Mr. Manitoba. Craig is now recognized as one of the country's top physique consultants.
Craig's personal training career began working in Winnipeg's largest fitness centre. After five years of success, he ventured out on his own by teaming up with Julie Coram (Ms Fitness Manitoba 2008) to start ContestPrep.ca, a company dedicated to consulting clients to meet their individual fitness goals. Over the last three years, Craig has led six ContestPrep.ca clients to obtain their Pro Fitness Model status - and over fourty others have placed Top three at bodybuilding shows across the country.
