I started bodybuilding age fourteen, and started competing at nineteen. Since then I have completed fifteen shows. I took third in the 1998 British Columbia bodybuilding championships in the heavyweight category. Advice for beginners: Be patient, focus on your food, find what works for you. Be careful who you get advice from, never give up.
