TONY GRECO

Tony Greco is the director of Training at his schools for fitness and martial arts in Ottawa. Recognized as the region's premier specialist on health and fitness, Tony appears regularly on television and radio with his educational segments on fitness and nutrition. Tony won a gold medal for Canada in the 1995 IAKSA World Kick Boxing Championships, and is currently ranked the number 1 fighter in his division (light/heavyweight).

He is a top graduate from the SPI (Sport Performance Institute), whose certification programs meet or exceed the guidelines established by the National Fitness Leaders Advisory Council (NFLAC) in personal training, strength training, and aerobics instruction. Tony is frequently sought out by some of the biggest names in professional sports today. Some notable clients include Chris Phillips, Martin Havlat, Mike Fisher, Todd White, Steve Yzerman and Dan Boyle of the National Hockey League.
