Winnipeg, Manitoba Julie Coram's interest in good health exploded into a passion for fitness after being inspired by the athletic competitors featured in her favourite magazine. She set high goals and began sculpting her physique in preparation for her first fitness competition - a successful venture! Coram placed first in her class, and gained confidence and pride with the accomplishment. Julie Coram is proud to call Popeye's Canada both a sponsor and a business associate. All three of the local Winnipeg locations provide Coram and her ContestPrep.ca clients with cutting edge information and access to the best supplements.
Through hard work and determination Coram has realized many dreams, most recently winning her provincial championships to be honoured the title of Ms Fitness Manitoba 2008. She looks forward to future opportunities in the fitness industry and continued competitive success when she takes the stage to represent Manitoba at the Canadian Fitness Nationals. Since the choice to make health a priority so greatly improved Coram's life, she became educated as a personal trainer to help others discover the positive effects of incorporating more physical activity into their day. Coram teamed up with Craig Bonnett, bodybuilding champion Mr. Manitoba 2006, to form ContestPrep.ca, a training firm that specializes on working with competitive athletes (bodybuilding, fitness and figure/model) and higher end physique consulting.
