Use On Training Days Only: This is an extremely powerful workout tool that is to be consumed on workout days only. Take 1 serving (scoop) 15-30 minutes prior to training with 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming 1MR.
Note: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Taking 1MR with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effects. Additionally, while taking 1MR it is ideal to keep L-glutamine powder supplementation to 10 grams or under per day. Many individuals may notice the initial energy, mental focus, and volumizing effects within 5-15 minutes of ingestion.
