Contest Description:
Maximum number of photo entries per person is five (5). You must either be the main subject of the photo or the photographer of the photo submitted to enter. If the photo is not taken by you, the photographer must approve of the submission. If you are the photographer, the subject in the photo must approve of the submission. Your entry into this contest is consent that these stipulations have been met. Each contest participant consents to having his/her photo entry and name (or nickname) displayed on our website under Photo Gallery / Photo Contest. Each winner consents to having their winning photo and name (or nickname) displayed on our website's front page. PopeyesCanada.com and Judges are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, illegible entries, or entries containing incorrect information. Not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems or mail services. All mailed entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter:

To enter by mail, submit information requested below in a stamped envelope addressed to:

All photos submitted by mail will not be returned, unless a pre-addressed stamped envelope is included.

General Restrictions:

• By entering this Promotion, each entrant must have reached the age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence.
• Please do not submit photos that feature any identifiable persons, other than yourself, or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Vulgar, unsuitable or inappropriate photos will be disqualified at Popeye'sCanada's sole and absolute discretion.
• You acknowledge and agree that submitting a photo online, brings your submission within the public domain and the Contest Sponsors will not be held liable for any copying, re-posting or unlawful use of the submitted photo that may result.
• Submitted photos included in the submission must be solely your original work, must not have been previously published and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Submitted photos may not be offensive or defamatory, nor can they invade publicity rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights.
• All entries must be in keeping with the Popeye's Canadas' image. Popeye's Canada reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed by the Popeye's Canada, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with the Popeye's Canadas' image.

Photo Restrictions:
No digital manipulation (Photoshop, etc.) permitted except color and exposure correction. No nudity allowed. Photos will be reduced to 1000 pixels in their largest dimension. Please do not submit excessively large or excessively small photos. Photos must be in .jpg format.
